I went to the clinic feeling very anxious because I’m really afraid of the dentist. The receptionist was very kind and helpful. The dental assistant explained everything to me in advance—what was going to happen—so I wouldn’t be afraid, and she was very pleasant. Dr. Bratu was empathetic; he patiently explained everything to me and didn’t judge me at all for not having been to the dentist in a long time. Thanks to their approach, I felt much calmer. I’m very happy to recommend this clinic.
